Our unique plasma ion injection and film formation technology allows for coating on submicron fine shapes, large equipment, inner surfaces of pipes, and deep grooves. Depending on the application, we propose customized specifications of DLC that meet customer needs, incorporating functions such as conductivity, low friction coefficient, barrier properties, release properties, and superlubricity, and we develop these in collaboration with our customers.
